A 250,000-square-foot, $30 million healthcare campus is coming to Glendale and the West Valley, with amenities that will cater to a wide range of ages but have significance to the area’s senior population.
Groundbreaking took place Thursday for Westgate Healthcare Campus at 99th and Glendale avenues, less than a quarter mile west of Loop 101.
The project brings together health and wellness outpatient, post-acute and acute health care providers to serve patients of all ages. It is billed as the first optimally designed “medical home” model in Arizona, offering the community one place for all their lifestyle needs.
