Gila River Indian Community sues Veterans Administration

The Gila River Indian Community and Gila River Health Care filed suit this week in the Federal District Court of Arizona on behalf of veterans who are eligible for health care services through the Veterans Administration and through Community health care programs.

The lawsuit is designed to make sure that those veterans have access to all of the health care options and choices that they are entitled to under the law, according to a release issued Saturday by the Gila River Indian Community.
