North American Development Group teaming up with Will Bruder
(NEWS RELEASE) Toronto-based North American Development Group (NADG) is partnering with renowned Phoenix architect Will Bruder and the husband and wife team of Scott and Debbie Jarson at AZArchitecture to deliver Eldorado on 1st, a new mixed-use residential development concept located in Scottsdale’s Urban Arts District.
“The architecture of the homes at Eldorado on 1st is envisioned to set a new standard of sophisticated and distinctive desert design, elegance and comfort,” said Will Bruder, Architect. “In massing and in scale, materiality and form, each home will be a unique invention for urban living.”
The new development, comprising a collection of seven 3,202 to 3,472 square-foot, refined city homes located above two street front offices, is a step into urban development that NADG says was 15 years in the making.
“The improvement in the livability of downtown Scottsdale with its unique combination of recreation, culture, dining and walkability, coupled with an overall growing interest in urban living, told us that the market was ripe for this new concept,” said Chris Chamberlain, a development partner with NADG’s Scottsdale office. “Eldorado will offer the highest quality residential lifestyle through unparalleled location, innovative building design, and carefully considered materiality. We are excited to introduce Eldorado on 1st to this vibrant community.”
Eldorado on 1st is expected to break ground end of April 2016, with an official launch in May 2016.
