A suggestion to end state-shared funds to cities is provocative, but would deepen divide between rich and poor cities
A recent column by The Arizona Republic’s Robert Robb advocated for the abolition of state-shared revenues to Arizona cities.
The column made some thought-provoking points, but the issue reminds me of an on-going concern: economic inequality among our Arizona cities.
