Phoenix issues RFP for Camelback parcel

The City of Phoenix has issued a Request for Proposals to develop an oddly shaped little patch of land next to the Central and Camelback light rail station.

Issued by the city’s Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD), the request is for the purchase and redevelopment of the 27KSF site, located southwest of the intersection, which was formerly improved as a bus loading area for a municipal transit center.
