The ongoing renaissance in the area of Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale has inspired the owners of a 449KSF office park to pursue their own revitalization of the 7000 Shea plaza, which is located at its namesake.
Like the neighborhood it inhabits, the 7000 Shea property comprises an eclectic mish-mash of styles encompassing four buildings, which have undergone a number of permutations and improvements since the 80s. A preliminary plan submitted to the Development Review Board proposes changes limited primarily to Building K, as well as landscape and parking changes to the site.
