China is more like the U.S. because of its economic shift, and recent moves by the Communist nation take aim at what Arizona is trying to do to build its future workforce.
This reflection comes from Cui Tiankai, China’s ambassador to the U.S., who spoke April 12 at a Wrigley Mansion dinner sponsored by Sandra Day O’Connor Institute Distinguished Speaker Series and The McCain Institute for International Leadership.
