Larry Miller, Jr., and John Jackson, Associate Vice Presidents, Join Colliers’ Phoenix Office
Phoenix, May 9, 2016 – Colliers International in Greater Phoenix announced that Larry Miller, Jr., and John Jackson joined the Phoenix office as associate vice presidents, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties, working on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
“Larry and John are terrific retail agency brokers who bring extensive experience and an excellent skillset in landlord and tenant representation and investment sales,” said Bob Mulhern, senior managing director of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix. “With the addition of Larry and John, our retail team consists of 12 experienced brokers, providing a critical mass of talent to serve the top retail owners, users and developers in the marketplace.”
Prior to joining Colliers, Miller and Jackson were associate vice presidents with an established boutique retail brokerage firm in Phoenix, where they specialized in landlord and tenant representation of retail properties. Miller brings more than 13 years of industry experience and Jackson’s commercial real estate background spans 10 years. Both have primarily focused on retail services throughout their careers.
“John and I are excited to join Colliers for two key reasons—culture and fit,” said Miller. “It is rare to find a full-service global brokerage that operates with the culture of a small, close-knit boutique firm. There is an open and collaborative atmosphere fostered by management, brokers and staff, alike. We have been warmly welcomed and are already collaborating to bring deals to the table that benefit our clients.”
“Colliers’ extensive national retail services platform allows our team to tap into the expertise of retail specialists across the country to better serve national and regional clients,” said Jackson. “Through Colliers’ comprehensive platform, we are able to offer enhanced services to our clients, including critical market research, mapping, valuation, property management and first-class marketing.”
Miller and Jackson are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Jackson is also chair of ICSC’s Southwest Idea Exchange and an ICSC NextGen Member.
Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate finance from Indiana University. Jackson received a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Arizona State University.
