Former Arizona lawmaker Mark DeSimone has been arrested in connection with a homicide in Alaska, according to court documents posted on the Website of the Juneau Empire newspaper.
The former lawmaker is accused of shooting an Alaska man twice in the head during a hunting party outside Juneau on Sunday.
DeSimone was charged with first-degree murder, two counts of second degree murder, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, according to court documents posted on the Juneau newspaper’s Website.
