A San Diego-based developer is seeking approval for a major office and hotel project along Chandler’s Price Road Corridor that would include the city’s first major conference center.
The request from the Douglas Allred Co. asks the city to designate 62 acres along the east and west sides of Price Road south of the Loop 202 freeway as an Innovation Zone. That would allow development of a multibuilding office park with multiple tenants, as well as a major hotel and conference center, something the city has sought for years.
