The Tiny Home movement is far from a novelty these days. There’s even a television show dedicated to it, with recent college graduates and retirees alike looking to keep life simple.

Averaging between 100 and 300 square feet, many custom-designed with and without wheels and erected in bustling, city locales as well as in exotic garden or beach getaway spots, tiny houses have become a trend for the noveau riche as well as the budget-minded.
