Glendale is luring businesses in four sectors: medial, business services, manufacturing and specialty retail.
More than a dozen companies have either moved to Glendale or expanded in the city this year, a surge that economic development officials largely attribute to the West Valley city’s increasing population and transportation infrastructure.
Combined, the new companies represent approximately 1,000 immediate jobs and 3,000 jobs at build-out, according to Glendale Economic Development Director Brian Friedman.
