The City of Goodyear Planning and Zoning Commission is considering a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow St. John Vianney Catholic School to expand its campus with the addition of a multi-purpose building that includes new classrooms and a gymnasium.
The SUP will allow the school, located at 539 E. La Pasada Blvd., to expand, creating 10 more classrooms for a larger student enrollment and a gym for indoor activities and events. The majority of the site is existing and will remain compatible with the adjacent properties.
