A Chandler company has announced plans to develop a 2,360-acre recreational motorsports park near Casa Grande.
Danrick Builders of Chandler says Attesa will become a global magnet for entertainment and an economic engine for Pinal County the, as well “promote thought leadership for transportation design innovation, and educational partnerships” with universities conducting automotive research and development.
The company says Attesa will have two separate 2.8-mile road courses, a karting track, a driver experience center and a multi-surface racing and event area. A private airport with a 6,000-foot-long runway will enable patrons to fly in and out conveniently. Attesa also will include residential, industrial, and commercial uses.
