Regulator suggests Corporation Commission create ethics policy

Four days after news broke that the FBI was seeking information from the Arizona Corporation Commission and has been questioning a former member, Commissioner Tom Forese on Tuesday suggested the five-member board of utility regulators create an ethics policy.

The FBI confirmed Friday it was questioning former Commissioner Gary Pierce and Arizona Public Service Co. — and the U.S. Attorney’s Office has requested information from the commission — all regarding the 2014 elections.
