1,755-home Phoenix community proposed

Scottsdale-based Shea Homes is seeking a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning request with the City of Phoenix for a residential community of up to 1,889 single-family homes at the SEC of Tatum Boulevard and Grovers Avenue that will feature seven distinct neighborhoods.

The Shea at North Tatum PUD calls for the development of the 122-acre vacant property into seven individual and unique neighborhoods or parcels for the different home types. With a maximum of 1,889 homes, the developer suggests a target of 1,755 homes.
