Construction starts on 173 North Peoria homes

Maracay Homes broke ground on the first phase of an upcoming North Peoria residential community, The Meadows, Thursday. Peoria Mayor Cathy Carlat and members of the Peoria City Council joined Maracay Homes for the ground-breaking ceremony of the first 173 homes that will be built in the community.

Located at the gateway to the city’s fast-growing north Peoria district, on the northwest corner of Deer Valley Road and 91st Avenue, the all one-story neighborhoods in this first phase of the community will feature 173 oversized homesites with more than a half-acre of land on the largest home sites.
