RTA sales tax may not be on ballot for a few more months

A half-cent sales tax proposed by the Pinal Regional Transportation Authority to fund transportation projects in the county might not go for a vote on the November ballot after all.

Real estate and business law firm Rose Law Group of Scottsdale advised delaying the board of supervisors’ deciswsion on the tax for up to six months.
