Valley philanthropist Linda Pope dies; Prayers to Linda’s family; Linda is an inspiration to all of us

Linda Pope, who was involved with numerous Valley charities including Childhelp USA as well as other business endeavors, died Friday. She was 64.

Pope and her husband, Bill, were advocates for numerous nonprofits. Childhelp renamed its Phoenix center after Pope due to her work with the organization. Her group, World Dance Network, established Childhelp’s biggest fundraiser that brought in more than $1 million for Childhelp.
