More than 800 people toured the new model homes this past weekend at the Grand Opening of Rosewood Canyon Estates in Ahwatukee. A 40-home gated neighborhood, which is one of the last new neighborhoods to be offered next to the South Mountain Park and Preserve. The land plan designed by Rosewood Homes maximizes homeowner privacy with each home backing to open space, providing mountain views. Per Rosewood, 12 homes have been sold in the neighborhood prior to the official Grand Opening.
David Kitnick, president of Rosewood Homes, said of the development and
grand opening, “Prospective homebuyers were impressed with our wonderful mountainside location adjacent to the 16,000 acre South Mountain Preserve and the tremendous attention to detail built into each Rosewood home.” He further said, “Our 12-home Phase 1 sold-out before our official Model Grand Opening and we just released Phase 2 of this wonderful 40-home gated neighborhood.”
