Price Corridor project includes Marriott, offices

Chandler’s City Council has endorsed what could become the next major addition to the city’s Price Road Corridor: a 62-acre project that would include a Marriott hotel and conference center linked to a sprawling office park designed to draw thousands of new jobs to the city.
The plan from the Douglas Allred Company, a San Diego-based firm, envisions the new hotel and conference center on the west side of Price Road just south of Willis Road, about a quartermile south of Loop 202. A portion of the office park would be located next to the hotel on the west side of the road, while the other portion of the campus would be built on the east side of Price south of Willis.
