Construction could begin on Hub Core Campus in fall

After the Flagstaff Board of Adjustment denied an appeal aimed at stopping construction of The Hub 2.0, the developer, Core Campus, is continuing on schedule to build the apartment complex, which will be located on Mike’s Pike, Milton Road and Phoenix Avenue.

Lindsay Schube, an attorney with Gammage and Burnham, the firm that represents Core Campus, said she and her colleagues are working to complete documents to submit to the city before receiving a construction permit.

Once the permit is received, Schube said construction on the site is expected to begin in the fall.
