Development positive despite issues

If recovery from the Great Recession were a baseball game, Arizona would be somewhere in the seventh inning, according to the general consensus of panelists at last week’s Mid-Year Market Update hosted by the CoreNet Global Arizona Chapter.

Among issues still impacting the market are a modest slowdown in new office construction starts, election year uncertainties and growing competition for space between multifamily and office development.
