Executive director of disabilities nonprofit resigns amid ADA lawsuit controversy

Jennifer Rogers, executive director for the recently founded nonprofit Advocates for Individuals with Disabilities, has stepped down from her role amid the controversy concerning a number of lawsuits concerning compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
