Flagstaff Board of Adjustment denies Hub appeal

An appeal to deny the site plan of The Hub 2.0 was denied by the Flagstaff Board of Adjustment Wednesday afternoon after nearly 10 hours of testimony from all sides of the issue.

The board voted 3-2 to deny the appeal, with members Ande Burke, John Stigmon and Pat Loven voting to deny the appeal and chairman John Van Wyke and member Will Carlstrom voting to approve the appeal.
