Four Seasons half-way built as last planned residential community in Sun City

The last residential community to be built in Sun City has past the halfway point as interest in the new homes continues.Hovnanian is the developer of the Four Seasons at the Manor, located at 10915 W. Edgewood Dr. Salesperson Janis Ermisch said 76 of the 140 single-family homes have been sold, with no set target date for developing the rest of the lots.

Potential homeowners must purchase their lots before K. Hovnanian begins building. Because of high interest in the area, the developer is not handing out permits quickly, limiting to one to two per week.
