Hub apartment complex to face court appeal

The group of neighbors and local business owners that appealed the 591-bed student-oriented apartment complex in Southside to the Flagstaff Board of Adjustment has announced it will appeal that decision in Superior Court.

Marie Jones said in a press release Tuesday that the board of directors of Stand Up for Flagstaff, along with the principals of 120 Cottage Place, LLC, have hired Aspey, Watkins and Diesel to pursue their appeal.
