Featured New Community: Layton Lakes Chandler Estates
Lennar’s Estates at Layton community went on sale by lottery on June 15, 2016. A dozen people showed up that day and four people got lucky, purchasing one inventory and three new build homes. The second lottery in July had another dozen people show up. Four more homes were sold that day, one inventory and three new build homes.
The next lottery is happening August 12th at noon. Anyone can attend, just plan to be there before the doors are shut and the lottery commences. Selling points for this community are larger lot sizes, location and Lennar’s Next Gen model, which provides homeowners with an attached 900 square-foot suite. It has a separate entry, garage and living space, which includes kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, living room and one-car garage.
