New York group buys prime Scottsdale real estate

A New York group has bought the Raintree Corporate Center II from a jonit venture between Phoenix ViaWest Group and Greenwich, Connecticut-based Contrarian Capital Management for $32.1 million.

The buyer was a Park Avenue-based group called Tea-Land Limited Partnership, according to Business & Real Estate Weekly of Arizona.
