Rose Law Group taps Kapteyn to head intellectual property department

jeremy to useRose Law Group is announcing Jeremy Kapteyn as the chair of the firm’s intellectual property law department.

At RLG, Mr. Kapteyn will lead intellectual property matters involving cannabis industry-related technical innovation and branding in Arizona’s first intellectual property practice concentrating on IP issues in the cannabis industry, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Rose Law Group, Mr. Kapteyn worked as an intellectual property attorney at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. from 2011 to 2016, where he provided clients with intellectual property procurement and strategic counseling services.
