Scottsdale considers Silverstone Community

Developer K. Hovnanian Homes is seeking approval of project architectural building elevations for two, single-family product types within a proposed community in Scottsdale, Silverstone at Pinnacle Peak (AZEBX, Jan. 29, 2016).

The request was made to the City of Scottsdale Development Review Board. Silverstone at Pinnacle Peak is a planned, 174 single-family home community on 24 acres at the SWC of Pinnacle Peak Road and 74th Street.
