A real estate developer is planning to build speculative light industrial buildings at the 232-acre Pima Center development at the Loop 101 freeway and Via de Ventura.

The development is on prime land on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community bordering Scottsdale.

MainSpring Capital Group plans on building a new 150,660-square-foot light industrial complex at the Pima Center. The Flex Phase III building is aimed at warehouse, distribution or assembly uses.
