Valley Partnership Announces Addition of Two New Board Members

Phoenix, Ariz. – August 17, 2016 – Valley Partnership is pleased to announce the addition of two Valley industry leaders to the board. Liberty Property Trust Senior Vice President John DiVall and El Dorado Holdings, Inc. President Jim Kenny will join the Valley Partnership board effective immediately.

John DiVall serves as senior vice president, city manager of Liberty Property Trust’s Arizona region. Mr. DiVall started the office for Liberty in January of 2007, has been in commercial real estate for more than 25 years. The company owns nearly four million square feet of office and industrial space and controls a total of 232 acres of developable land across the Valley.

In addition to his position on Valley Partnership’s board, Mr. DiVall is a longtime Arizona NAIOP Board member and served as chairman in 2012, sits on NAIOP’S National Board of Directors, is also on the Board of the Arizona Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the GPEC Next Board of Directors. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at local and national industry conferences

Jim Kenny is president for El Dorado Holdings, one of Arizona’s largest private landholders, with assets exceeding $1.0 billion. Mr. Kenny directs activity on existing investments and locates new investment opportunities in multiple real estate sectors. He has extensive experience in land acquisition and development, as well as a background in real estate, corporate and insurance litigation.

Mr. Kenny also serves on the Arizona Chamber board of directors, as well as the boards of GPEC and the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance. He also represents the real estate development industry on the Maricopa Association of Governments Economic Development Committee.
