AG’s motion to intervene on ADA lawsuits gets approval

The Arizona Attorney General’s Office’s motion to intervene on the flurry of ADA lawsuits has been granted by the Arizona Superior Court.

Because more than 1,000 filings have been filed by AID and its attorney, Peter Strojnik, the AG’s office said its intervention is a matter of public importance.
