Chandler getting 210-Unit multifamily

P.B. Bell Companies and Gilbane Development Company hope to start construction before the end of the year on a 210-unit multifamily complex on South Dobson Road south of West Queen Creek road in Chandler.

Earlier this month city planning staff recommended conditional approval for a zoning change from condominium to traditional multifamily.

The complex, known as Arista at Ocotillo, will feature two four-story buildings adjacent to the on-site lake, four three-story units and carriage units along the site perimeter.
