Concern over Pinal water management plan delay

The Groundwater Users Advisory Council that represents the Pinal County region expressed concerns over continuous delays with adopting an updated management plan.

The Arizona Department of Water Resources has drafted the fourth management plan for the Pinal Active Management Area and is in the process of finalizing all its numbers, according to Jeff Tannler, ADWR area director of the state’s active management areas.
