Fellowship Square to open 313-unit senior community in Surprise by late 2018

Fellowship Square will build its first West Valley campus with multiple senior living options in Surprise just east of Loop 303 and Bell Road.

The 313-unit site will consist of two buildings on 14.6 acres and will feature 255 independent living units, 42 assisted living and 16 units of memory-care assisted living. Fellowship Square led a ground breaking ceremony in July and construction will start during the fourth quarter of 2016.
