Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino to receive $100M expansion

harrahs-akchinOne of Arizona’s most popular tribal casinos is set for a major makeover next spring. Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino, which is managed by Caesars Entertainment, will undergo a $100 million dollar expansion that should make the Maricopa-based casino one of the most desired gambling destinations in the state.

The current property is already impressive enough with over 300 rooms and 40,000 square feet of gaming space. However, the upgrades slated for Harrah’s Ak-Chin in the spring of 2016 will feature an additional 200 rooms, a luxury spa, restaurants, a new ballroom and more conference center space.
