Just how much is Chase Field worth?

A 2010 appraisal of Chase Field pegged the downtown Phoenix ballpark’s value at $45 million, according records released by Maricopa County.

The Maricopa County Stadium District owns the stadium and is looking to sell the Arizona Diamondbacks home field to a private group.

That group, Stadium Real Estate Partners LLC, has offered $60 million to buy Chase Field.

The county will have a new appraisal of the ballpark which was built in 1998. Construction costs were $354 million.
