Mark-Taylor plans Mesa multifamily project

Multifamily developer Mark-Taylor has plans for a new, 19.5-acre, 30-building, 346-apartment development at Greenfield Road and U.S. 60 in Mesa.

The plan calls for 102 one-bedroom, 186 two-bedroom and 58 three-bedroom units. Earlier this summer, City of Mesa planning staff informed the Design Review Board they were working with Mark-Taylor to finalize design revisions.
