Scottsdale leaders to decide on 58-lot subdivision

Berry Riddell, LLC is seeking the Scottsdale City Council’s approval on a final plat for a 58-lot subdivision at 6855-6925 E. McDowell Road at the council’s Tuesday, Sept. 13, city council meeting.

The proposed gated subdivision, called Skye on McDowell, would occupy the eight-acre site on the corner of McDowell Road and 68th Street, replacing mixed uses of vehicle sales, single-family residential and retail that now occupy the lot.
