Tempe eyes Eastline mixed use project

In keeping with its recently announced strategic shift away from master-planned communities in favor of urban redevelopment projects, DMB and a group of partners are seeking to create the 1.3MSF Eastline Village mixed-use community on 13.6 acres on Apache Boulevard west of Loop 101 in Tempe.

Documents submitted to the city include plans for 954KSF residential space, 38KSF office/retail, 11.8KSF restaurant, a 7KSF gym and yoga studio area and 2.5KSF bar space. The project will be developed in two phases, with two main buildings in the initial development and one in the second.
