Builder Magazine’s “2016 Builder of the Year” CalAtlantic Homes hopes to start construction in December on its 110-unit multifamily project Fincher Fields at Cooley Station. The site is situated on 7.8 acres at Recker Road and Cooley Loop North.
Cooley Station is a Master Planned Development designed on a neo-traditional town center and neighborhood concept. Fincher Fields will include a large ramada with two barbeque stations, a community pool, formal garden areas, recreation spaces for children and adults, benches and other pedestrian amenities.
