ENVY Residences, a luxury condominium property developed by Deco Communities, has opened in Scottsdale, Ariz. Located at 4422 N. 75th St., the $47 million tower marks a new era of luxury residential living for Downtown Scottsdale.
The eight-story, 89-unit building designed by Los Angeles-based architect Daniel Gehman is made from concrete and steel in such a way as to maximize light and space. The floor plans range from 750 to more than 2,400 square feet, with high ceilings, quartz countertops, designer fixtures and hardware, and large balconies. The property also features a fitness center, a 24-hour concierge and a grand lobby, among other amenities.
