Nearly a third of the state’s voters have not yet decided who to put on the Arizona Corporation Commission.
This can mean only one of two things.

Nearly a third of the state’s voters don’t know what the heck the Corporation Commission does. Or
Nearly a third of the state’s voters would be quite happy to see their electric bill boosted by 8 percent – or more.
