Mixed use proposed for Encanto Village

An underutilized site in Phoenix’s Encanto Village neighborhood is the latest proposed spot for a mixed-use multifamily, retail and commercial development in the city.

To be called “The Local,” the proposed 7.25-acre project at the SWC of 7th Avenue and Osborn Road will see a five-story residential building with retail spaces and an on-site parking garage, according to a Planned Unit Development submission on behalf of owner/developer Trammell Crow Company.
