Mark Nolan, a day after losing his job at Notre Dame Prep, opened up about his firing, the summer football course he taught, and the email he sent to parents of youth players in a letter he wrote to azcentral sports.
Nolan, head coach since the 2015 season, was notified Thursday that he had been relieved of his duties, a day before Notre Dame had its appeal heard by the AIA board.
The AIA board had placed Notre Dame on probation for the fully padded summer course and for a recruiting violation, stemming from Nolan sending an email promoting a camp to youth parents.
