Every neighborhood has issues from time to time.
However, for the past many years we have been faced with numerous, undesirable development proposals for the acreage north of Cheney Estates that would have negatively impacted the quality of life for our residents.
These proposals included for-profit nursing homes as well as hotels. Each time, our homeowners have had to rally to defeat the proposed developments or convince those that came calling for our support that they were in for a fight.
