Two battery-powered, electrical vehicles sat outside City Hall on Tuesday afternoon.
They were prototypes produced by Lucid Motors, a California-based company that has promised to start building a manufacturing facility on the edge of Casa Grande next year.
Local leaders had the chance to browse the vehicles, glancing at their touch-screen panels and camouflage exterior. The prototype is a work-in-progress and the final design will be unveiled by Lucid next month.
