Questions strategy as construction progresses

A former PhoenixMart employee says the construction of the massive wholesale distribution center is poorly managed.
Jon Felt began working as a computer-aided designer in May for AZ Commercial Contractors, a subsidiary of PhoenixMart’s parent company, AZ Sourcing, and said he’s worried the company is putting the “cart before the horse” by proceeding to build out the project, located near Florence Boulevard and Overfield Road.
AZ Sourcing has been documenting continual progress in recent months of construction work being done at its site, although the company is still in the process of resubmitting design plans to the city after some changes to the building’s floor plans.
